We do initiatives during their planning and when they’re in-flight. We take on straightforward initiatives where you don’t have the time or resources. We also take on initiatives where they’re messy, shaky, or uncertain. Messy with ambiguous requirements. Shaky where people and budgets can be pulled at any time. And uncertain where it involves adopting new paradigms and methodologies like innovation, design, and AI. The initiatives ranged from a few people, to tens of people, to hundreds of people.

There are a multitude of ways we engage with our clients to get them back on plan. We engage as advisors to support your key people and run training workshops to support your key teams. We run your initiatives with your people or ours. We also work within the staff-aug model as managers and hands-on resources.

We do performance improvement initiatives to get you back on plan. Performance improvement are DATA-driven approaches to align business with C-SUITE priorities and use DATA to execute those priorities at the individual, team, and leadership levels. This involves melding business, design, and DATA tech solutions. We work as advisors, trainers, designers, and hands-on resources. Here are some of the stuff we did for performance improvement initiatives.

We do DATA and tech initiatives to get you back on plan. These initiatives were data-intensive, had ambiguous requirements, and were highly interconnected with other moving parts. Solutions covered AI, BI, ERP, CRM, mobile, data warehouses, reporting systems, workflow engines, and rule engines. We leveraged practices from BIZBOK, DMBOK, TOGAF, BABOK, PMBOK, Agile, UX, and OOP. Here are some of the projects we contributed to and managed.

Capability development is improving and creating new skills, knowledge, and abilities for individuals and organizations, aligning with C-SUITE priorities and executing those priorities using DATA-driven paradigms. Initiatives ranged from adopting unfamiliar frameworks from industry experts like Gartner, Pink Elephant, and IBM; down to training and course development for design and re-design of business infrastructure, organizational systems, and data-intensive systems. We work as coaches, trainers, designers, and implementers. Here’s some of our capability development work.
